We have a couple of potential options for you, however, we do not have any 9" square jack pads that you're needing.
The closest square jack pad we have is the Replacement Pad for SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System # SN37FR. This jack pad will fit an 8" square jack foot, and measures 11-1/2" in diameter.

We can definitely help you upgrade your 2012 Keystone Outback 210 RS suspension. You will have to take some measurements to confirm which leaf springs you are going to need. You will want to jack your trailer up and get all the weight off of the springs. I have attached a diagram that will show you the dimensions you will need to find in order to get the correct replacements.
